Ughh, still a bit sick plu pizza for lunch plus hot plus fat and out of shape. I'm going to try to not get to upset at how hard this was for an easy run. The time is a guess since I ran without any watch or anything cause I felt like it. But, I got an offer!!! from Verizon that I'm probably not taking and another offer coming from Bank of America. Not sur ehow I'm going to keep running with whatever new work schedule I get. My 5k is coming up and I'm already preparing myself not to PR for obvious reasons. I think I've gained a few pounds over the last few weeks of inactivity.
