Notes
Easy out and back on the capital one campus. Still need to explore what my options are. I left my watch at home, but I really wanted to run outside so I just brought my regular watch and mapped out how far I went. Not really sure if this mileage is totally right, but its probably close enough.
My legs are feeling a bit tight. I need to take care of them and make sure to stretch and roll. If they start feeling too tight too much of the time, I will have to slow down my ramp up. I may consider not streaking for now as well.
I'm thinking its possible I'm not at the point where I can run every day and still recover. Still need to figure this all out. I really really like running everyday from a mental stand point. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue.
Also volleyball tonight!
