I did some pushups and pullups after this. Not sure yet what my plan is here, but damn do I need to get more fit. Especially since I am back to over 180 now! Perhaps I needed to hit this to get my motivation back. I'm going to switch back to running every day until my weight comes down and I figure out what it is I'm doing. I've got that 5K scheduled. It would be nice to get into some kind of shape for that so I could at least be respectable. I guess I'd be happy if I could break 23 minutes. Strike that, I will be happy if I break 22 minutes.
