This felt really good, which probably meant I could have gone a bit faster, but I was trying to save something for the run. There were a few places where I pushed a little harder to pass people here and there, but for the most part, my guess was my HR was relatively low in the 130s. I think with a better bike and more training I should be able to get into the 21 - 22 mph range. Maybe next year? So, it's funny that I thought I did the best in this when in reality I did the worst in the bike leg compared to everyone else. I was 405th in bike.
