This went perfectly. I decided to use the treadmill because it was so hot and humid already this morning. Since my treadmill's callibration is all out of whack, I just went by HR for the 400s. My plan was to hit the high 160s/low 170s by the end, and that is exactly what happened. I started out a little slower for the first few but then did the remaining 8 at 7:30 pace on the treadmill which felt like just a bit faster than 7 minute pace. Great first speed workout!
