It was pretty darn hard to wake up this morning. Usually I am at home on Fridays but I had to go in today so I that meant 5:30. This was a pretty hard work out for me. I felt pretty nauseous during a few parts. I improved in the pull ups a bit, but because I decided to just go with 20 lb weights for some of the lunges I had nothing left for the one-legged wall sit. That was like a joke. I think I could do it for about 2 seconds each leg. Two weeks done!
