So with my left knee getting better, now my right leg is showing symptoms of some minor ITBS. I'm really hoping I caught it early enough that I can roll it a bunch and stretch it and I will be ok. I was planning on bumping up my mileage to the 30 range this week, but that is too aggressive with this new development so I am looking to be in the low 20s and see how that feels. I'm also going to be going really slowly.
