Think I might give this low HR (Maffetone) training a try. We'll see how long I last before I get too bored with constantly running slowly. I'm not sure what the limit should be on my max hr though. Today I went with 150, but I'm afraid it might be more like 146. I think you're supposed to err on the side of lower rather than higher. Tomorrow I plan to do 5 miles on the treadmill keeping it at 146 as my first Maff test. Curious how slow I'll have to run.
