Treadmill

Notes

Easy 4 miles on the treadmill. Forgot my Garmin at home. Probably skip tomorrow and do 3 really easy miles on Friday before the Sunday 25K. Still thinking about 7:40 as my starting pace. I might go out too fast, so I'll try to go slower than I think I should be going on purpose. I would rather be too slow than too fast in the beginning.
