Holy calorie deficit! This was tough. I tried to take it slow, but I felt pretty wiped out. As usual, as soon as I started back up on intermittent fasting, I went to crazy and had two back to back days of not eating enough. So no surprise I had no energy for this run. But all in all, it still went alright. And eating now afterwords is amazing! Yay salad!
