Happy New Year! So I signed up for this 2016 miles group where you try to reach a goal in how many miles. I'm going to go for 2000! I figure with my 50 in the spring and hopefully an ultra ragnar in the fall I will be running lots of miles. Now I need to figure out some other goals
Really not sure whats up with treadmill. Maybe its back to being right now? I kept upping the speed because my HR was so low. By the last mile I had it set to 8:40ish which would normally be way too fast, but I don't think my HR was in the mid 130s while I was running a low 8 min pace. I'll have to compare to outdoors.
