First time back in the pool since fall. Felt pretty good! Started with a 550 just to see where I was at. I did not do this all out, but I was pushing a bit too. 9:52 is not bad for my first effort. 100 pull, 100 kick and then a 250 to finish out 1000 yards for my first swim workout. Olympic Triathlon here I come!
