Notes
Very hot and humid. This was a bit harder than I was going for, but it's alright. I kept thinking I'll take it nice and slow on the legs but my cardio is working hard, but I don't think it's so cut and dry. Even slowing down in to the 9s by then end I still was in the high 160s which is like a tempo run. I'll make sure to do a true recovery run tomorrow. Because it was so hot and I didn't bring any water with me I lost a ton of water weight which is why I was down to 161.5 on the scales. Even so, it's nice to see a low number like that. I'm only about 3 pounds away from the lowest I've ever seen which is not too far off. Just really need to keep up the healthy eating and seriously limit my binging on the weekends.
