Chest, shoulders, triceps. Did alright. I ended up doing a few extra reps all out during the pushups with the sliding cardboard and after that my triceps were so done, I could not match my reps in a bunch of the other exercizes. Crazy how going all out one time can mess everything up. Maybe I should be doing that with everything. I would be doing a lot fewer reps by the end then.
Ab ripper was about average. Still can't do those fricking scissors.
