6 repeat 400s and this is after swimming a couple hours earlier. 84, 86, 84, 87, 92, 82. I won't lie, these were pretty tough. I think I was trying to prove to myself that the swimming wasn't going to affect this workout as well as me running 7 miles yesterday.
