This started out not so great. I was feeling so-so and my HR was unusually high so I was worried this would just keep getting worse throughout the run. But, luckily things kind of fixed themselves and by 5 or 6 miles I was in the mid 8 pace range and still in the 140s so that felt alright. This whole run felt pretty easy which is a good sign. I had plenty left when I finished and felt I could have run some quick miles if I wanted, but the point of this one was to take it nice and easy and that's what I did. I'm pretty satisfied with this. Now I start my taper.
