Notes
This felt alright. I ended up pushing pretty hard for my 2nd and 3rd interval to get them under 7. It was pretty cold again this morning. I was happy I got that third one in under 7 because I was hurting near the end and I had thoughts of taking it easy. Glad I didn't, because I would have been pissed at myself for the rest of the day.
This was my last "hard" workout before the marathon. Now all I have left is mostly easy running. just a 12 miler this Sunday and then maybe a couple miles at pace in one of my runs next week.
