Notes

I did 24 minutes cycling hill level 10 which kicked my ass. Then I ran outside for the first time in two weeks! Felt soso when I started cardiowise and then 1 mile in felt awesome with no shin pain at all. Then after another mile started to feel it so I slowed down a bit but I don't think I hurt it. I have to still take it easy and not push to hard. My pace was probably a bit too fast.
