Notes

The farthest training yet and I felt good. Still having trouble with my breathing. I'm sure I'm still taking too many strokes and I feel out of breath. I started with a 500 in 10:35 like last time, except this time it felt much easier, so if I'm not getting faster, at least I'm expending less energy. I just have to keep this up.
