First work out since Teddy was born although I did do a few push ups at the hospital, but that doesn't really count. I did this workout while playing with Lucy at the same time so I would do my sets in between doing stuff with her. It worked ok for the most part. I didn't do as many pull ups but that maybe because I was in full jeans and sweatshirt and sneakers. I guess maybe the extra few pounds was too much. Anyhow, I plan to do it with my regular work out clothes in the future. This was just a matter of fitting it in. Which why I also didn't do as much of a warm up or any skill work.

I had planned to run today, but just couldn't get to it. I think it' get easier as the weeks go by. I'm not even worried.

I was surprised by the weight. 168.2 is pretty high. But again I'm not worried about it, because I know I didn't gain 5 pounds in 4 days. I ate a lot of carbs which means I'm retaining a lot of water.
