Nice an easy hour run. I started at 7.1 and was able to bump it up to 7.2 and then 7.3 and still maintain a low HR. I think I'm aiming to finish just under 150 for these general aerobic runs and then in the low 140s for the recovery runs. Looking to break my weekly miles record this week, 52.2.
