Nice and easy on the treadmill because it was raining outside. I don't mind running in the rain but because I store my shoes in this locker they will never dry out. I listened to Game of Thrones and kept it nice and easy. A slow mile warm up and then around 8:40 for the mile after that and .1 mph slower each mile later. Felt better today. I need to fix my HR Monitor.
