My first body weight workout. Abby and Sadie joined me too! Sadie just for the beginning but Abby for the whole thing.
I really liked it. I did a warm up similar to p90x just because that's what I know but I also threw in 10 burpees. Then I practiced the L-sit for about 4 times and I was able to hold it for almost 10 seconds. I then did a handstand for just a little bit against the wall. All of the exercises went pretty well and I am going to record all of them in a google spreadsheet.
Definitely looking forward to continuing this. The only thing is after doing some pistol squats I could not even do a little cool down run like I planned. I think I'm only going to do legs once a week since I am trying to increase my running mileage.
