A mini break through of sorts. I posted about how I was not improving in pull-up ans someone suggested instead of doing 8,6,5 I start with 6. So I did 6,6,8 which is pretty awesome. I was surprised I was able to do 8 at the end. And these were all strict. No kipping. Really enjoying this. I also switched to alternate between pushing and pulling within each set. I'm sure that helped as well. Also, really loving the costco protein powder. delicious!
