Another nice run with Jeff and Chris, this time out by Jeff's house. Really nice route and we got lucky with the weather. We went a bit faster than I wanted for the first half and then slowed down a bit and let Jeff go. Thsi was a big jump for Chris who just last week went the farthest he had. So going to 10 was too much. He stopped at 8 and then I went to catch Jeff. My plan was I would catch Jeff and then we would take a bit slower but that didn't end up happening and instead picked it up even more, so my last mile was 8 minute pace. I really need to take it easy next week.
