Notes
I don't know what I was trying to do here. As usual I was supposed to go slower, and I didn't. I wouldn't say I was going all out but I was pretty tired at the end. I still have no idea what my pace will be at the half. Definitely slower than 7:30 but I have no idea by how much. Oh well. Still a good run and a beautiful day, and I'm down to 167 on the gym scales.
