Woke up feeling like I was maybe fighting a cold so went extra easy today just in case. My main goal is to keep running every day and slowly build up miles. But I'm not going to push and then have a longer cold recovery. So if that means I don't hit my weekly mile goal this week which is 35, that's alright.
