Back and Biceps and Ab Ripper today. Kind of plateaued today. I worked out upstairs to not bother April who was cooking lunch for Lucy. My chair setup for the pull ups was not ideal and kept shifting but I made do. These excercises where you pretty much just do biceps for an hour seems crazy to me. They are totally shot by the end. I am a bit upset I'm not making more gains here.

In other news, I'm full on 100% committed to lean gains IF for the remainder of p90x at least. I am pretty much following the cutting plan outlined here:

I am doing 2200 calories on lifting days M, W, F and 1400 calories on rest days. I'm counting calories burned running though so If I run for 5 miles like today and burn 600 calories, I can eat 2800 today which is a ton of calories. I am being really diligent with the calorie counting so I'm hoping I really start to lose a little less than a pound a week which I think is very maintainable.

Also today was the first time I started with 10g of BCAA for my fasted workout. Maybe that will make the difference in helping my muscle gains. Wow this was a long post :)
