This time I had the rings with me which I used for rows and dips. They worked out perfectly. Not surprisingly, I did not do as well in pull ups. I was still sore from last time. My arms were shaking like crazy during the dips and that felt good. Really liking this routine. Without legs, I was able to do the whole thing in about 45 minutes with 2 minute rests.
