Notes

For the first time I think my shin is really getting better. It barely hurts at all when I walk. I plan to start running by this weekend. I did 30 minutes Elliptical and then 30 minutes on the recline cycle which was pretty tough cause it kept my heart rate at 150 for about 15 minutes. And my butt hurt a lot afterwards!
