Notes

Normally I skip running on Thursdays because I go out to lunch, but I really wanted to sneak in a quick afternoon run today. Forgot my HR strap at home so I'm not sure where I was at, but I think I was alright. Looking to start upping my mileage this week in preparation for my half marathon training which I will be starting in a few weeks.
