Had a very rough night and only slept a few hours. As a result I only had time for the first half of the yoga routine. That thing is so long! The first part is the hardest anyway so I definitely got a good workout. Not sure how much progress I've made here. There are still a few places where I have to take a few breaks. But I still like it and I hope to improve soon.
