I know, I know, what the hell was this workout? Well here's how I'm justifying it. I was planning on running a 5k race tomorrow but decided not to because I was not really ready and Pete and Joe weren't going to either and I only had a little time today so I figured I'd so like a 5k treadmill time trial. But it was the afternoon and I was feeling fat and I had no warm up and I overestimated my speed. started at 9.1 and after a mile went to 9.2 and at about 1.3 miles in I realized there was no way I was going to be able to keep it up so I turned in to a 2 miles hard and then a little rest and then another little fast part at the end. Weird but whatever.. I'm buying my explanation :) This weekend is easy Saturday, easy long Sunday. Also, what a difference afternoon weighing and eating a little extra a couple days.
