Notes

8 x 400s 85, 92, 93, 90, 92, 94, 92, 86. So slower than last time, but I was still pushing quite hard and it was pretty warm outside. These are so tough. I hope they help me get faster! Alright, so I just figured out that the distance I'm running is actually .258 or so miles which is roughly 415 meters which means I've been running an extra 15 meters which is about 3 seconds, so I'm not as slow as I thought :)
