Finally back to running after being sick and it looks like I gained a couple pounds. No worries, but I really do got to get going with more consistent running and more consistent healthy eating.
The run itself was fine. I was dreading it because its so damn cold, but I dressed appropriately and it was really no problem. Maybe it just felt warm after being 5 when I first woke up. Looking to do a couple on saturday and then 6 on Sunday. Next week I'm going to take it in to the 20s.
