That's what I'm talking about. So weird how this stuff works. In the past two weeks I've seen a sudden improvement in my fitness in terms of my HR for a given pace. And it's not just a weird treadmill thing since I ran outside yesterday and had the same result. Good deal. Really looking forward to this Sunday's fast finish long run. 18 miles with 10 at marathon pace!
