Yeah this was freaking long. Yeah I couldn't imagine running 19 more miles when I was done. It was one of the harder runs of my life. Definitely a good learning experience. I'm going to do a whole write up on this puppy on my blog, so I'm not going to go in to too much detail here.

Wow I can't believe the pace you maintained. Impressive. Good stuff.

Dedication. Focus. Discipline. Wow, I'm impressed dude! I see you toyed with some faster miles during the first 15, but even after that most of your miles were in the 9' range. As Steve Jobs would say, "Insanely great."

Weird... the graphs and map only show up to 24.19 miles. But you have pretty precise splits listed in your GPS intervals. Did your running distance exceed the limits of the running ahead site? LOL. Also, I'm surprised not to see any heart rate data. I can't believe a numbers guy like yourself didn't choose to wear your heart rate strap. I suppose I'll have to read about it on the Russian Runner's blog :)

Wow, that is a whole lot of intervals buddy. Congrats on a terrific achievement in the lead up to the DG! Your blog entry was awesome, especially the video updates. So glad it went well, can't wait to discuss in more detail soon. Nicely done sir.
