Ok so I'm back after breaking my streak. I've had some time to think and after discussions with April and realizing what's to come in the Spring with trying to sell the house, I've decided to put off the Bear Mountain 50 to next year. I'm still not 100% on this but I think that's where I'm heading. Instead I will train for a half marathon in May. I am still planning on running a lot, but it won't include weekend runs that are sometimes 5 hours long. And if my training falls apart, I can always run a half, where as I may not even decide to start a 50.

I also am really, really, really, really going to start to focus on nutrition. But really this time. So suck it up asshole and have some self control!
