Notes
This was supposed to be a MAFF test but of course I left my watch at home. Instead it turned into a gadget free run which I guess is a good idea to do from time to time. I just ran on feel, really easy. I looked at the clock before I left so this is a rough estimate of my time and pace, but I think it makes sense. I'm going to skip the MAFF test this week and do it next Tuesday. Felt really good on my run, but it is hard on the ego when all these runners are passing me and I'm thinking to myself I could beat these people :) In the wise words of Marsellus Wallace - "Fuck pride.
