Another crappy run on the treadmill. I really need to start paying attention to hydration and other factors. I am not sure why my HR is so high for such a slow pace. Like I keep saying, I think there is some kind of calibration issue and when it says I'm running 8:30 pace maybe I'm actually running 8:10 or something. I don't know I just don't see how I could be at 160 HR doing 8:34.
In other news, I feel like the mileage buildup in this program is just a bit too aggressive for me. So rather than do 45 miles this week, I'm aiming for a few less than that. That is why I made this an 8 mile run rather than a 10 miler. Just looking to be cautious here.
