Now that I've decided to give the JFK 50 a go for this year, I wanted to see what 6 would feel like. My piriformis was feeling alright so I figured I would see what going a bit longer felt like. I thought it felt alright on the run. The usual situation where I feel it most going up hills, but not too bad. I'm hoping I can continue to run through this and work on stretching, rolling and really commit to strength training while I build up. Hopefully I'll be able to tell in the next month or so if this is feasible. Man I'd really love it to be.
