Chest and Back for the third time. Oh man, I pushed it too hard this time. This was the worst I felt since the first day. I guess I tries to force a bit of a break through by increasing my reps during the first round, but then by the second I was feeling really nauseous. But I got through it and I feel fine now after my shower. Also good news I'm finally down a couple pounds. And I have to admit to enjoying the after workout pump :)
