First time doing chest and shoulders. It was pretty tough. I didn't feel nauseous, but I could do very few reps of the later exercises. By the time I had to do one-arm push ups I couldn't even do any all the way down from my knees. Very tough.
I did the ab ripper right afterwards and was pretty much at the same point as last time.
Now I really need to focus on my eating. I have not lost any weight, so now I need to start to cut.
