300 warmup then 5 x 100 on 2:15 and 4 x 50 on the 1. Felt slow today. There was a guy next to me who was ridiculously fast which wasn't helping. I'm looking forward to the class tomorrow. I definitely need help with my stroke, and I have to buy another pair of speedos so I don't feel so slow in the pool. Also, I keep trying flip turns and I'm terrible at them.
