Notes

Just because my trreadmill had some kind of software update, I decided to go with one of these run through some mountain trail courses that was 2.9 miles. Since I was planning to do 30 minutes, I figured this would work well. Holy crap, this kicked my butt, as it went to almost 10% grade. I had to keep adjusting the speed. Need to run some more hills.
