A beautiful day for a run outside. A little warm but very low humidity. Running at such a low hr makes me feel like I can run forever at this pace. After warming up for a mile, my pace drifted 41 seconds over 6 miles. I'm not sure if that's bad or good. It is what it is. Although, at this rate, if I went for a 20 mile run, my last mile I would be running over 11 min pace. I'm pretty sure it's not really linear though. Curious how this will go with longer runs!
