Wanted to start the week with a longer run after last week. Didnt get out til a bit later due to work meetings and it was already pretty warm. Almost 80. Just need to get used to it. I didn't have my HR strap because I'm a dope and left it at Andy and Jenn's yesterday. But no worries. I can go a few days without it :) I was feeling slightly bleh I think due to eating a few too many morning snacks and still being a bit tired from the weekend. Weight was down due to sweating so much from the hot weather. I jumped in the pool after the run which was nice.
