At DJ on a treadmill. I did 9.5 mph for the 1000s and 6.5 for the 400 RI. This was pretty tough, I was pushing pretty hard to keep going for the 4th and 5th ones. I was able to go a little harder at the end of the 5th and pushed up the pace at the end. Good workout. Oh and also my foot was alright. It was hurting but I don't think it affected the workout. I don't know about the shoes though. I think I might return them. At the ver end I felt something above my right knee but nothing serious.
