Ugh what a crappy run. I don't mind occasionally having one of these off days, but I wish I had some idea what caused them so I could reduce the likelihood of having one on when I have a race. Could be I overdressed a bit and was too hot, but I don't think so. Maybe ate too many chocolate covered craisins last night? Dehydrated? Over-trained? Who knows. As long as I don't have a few of these in a row, I don't think I am over-trained.
