Snuck in a quick work out before Teddy's checkup. I didn't realize how little time I had so I just did a super set of the dips and rows. That was pretty tough. Also I think I may need to take a break from dips for a while because I have this pain in my sternum. I looked on forums and it is pretty common but it makes sense to take time off. Instead I'll look into doing some pike push ups. I had a break through on the pull ups so now I will go back to starting with 8 reps next time.
